  • Serving Method

    Serve at a chilled temperature between 46°F and 50°F in a narrow-mouth white wine glass

  • Harvest and Vinification Notes

    The Lison Classico grapes are hand-picked during the third week of September.
    After the grapes have been pressed, they go through the maceration process for eight hours. For six to seven months, 90% of the wine ferments in steel tanks while the remaining 10% ferments in new French oak barrels. Then the wines are blended and bottled together.

THE REGION

LISON D.O.C.G

Far from the hectic city life, the Estate vineyards are cradled in the remote Venetian countryside, in proximity of the historic town of Annone Veneto. Our selected Polvaro Tenuta grapes are grown in the Lison Classico D.O.C.G. zone, the oldest and most genuine area in the whole Lison region. This area, which spans less than 10 miles (16 km) from east to west and occupies the very western edge of the wider Lison area, is one of the most suitable areas of Veneto for grapevine cultivation.
