Spaghetti allo Scoglio are a mix of unique aromas and flavors, the ideal first course for fish dinners with your beloved or with friends. Wondering which wine to pair?
The delicate texture and slightly salty and fishy flavors of the clams require an equally structured and balanced wine. With its rich and aromatic taste, Candoni Pinot Grigio goes perfectly with the aromas of fresh fish! Candoni Pinot Grigio is crisp, well-structured and sophisticated. It has a rich, pear-like nose, which is followed by crisp acidity, a medium body with a delicious mouthfeel.
